Bluestone Law Firm is expanding, and we are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow professionally, take ownership, and be part of a law firm that’s developing rapidly.
The Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the firm, support attorneys, manage client communications, and help maintain smooth, efficient workflows. We are especially looking for someone with experience in labor law, excellent organizational skills, and strong financial/administrative capabilities.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Woodland Hills office.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure all departments run efficiently
- Support attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks
- Prepare, process, and track documents related to labor law cases
- Maintain office calendar, schedules, and deadlines
- Handle billing, invoicing, and QuickBooks entries
- Basic accounting tasks, expense tracking, and reporting
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
- Manage client communication via phone, email, and in person
- Organize digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with HR tasks, onboarding, and internal coordination
- Oversee vendors, supplies, and office equipment
- Identify operational gaps and improve processes
- Support management with special projects and firm development
- 2 years of relevant office management or administrative experience (law firm preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting
- Strong Excel skills (forms, formulas, organization, data entry)
- Perfect English and Spanish: written and spoken
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Strong motivation and desire to grow within the firm
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional, positive, high-energy attitude
