What You’ll Do
- Install and replace residential and commercial flat glass (windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors, tabletops, and more).
- Measure, cut, and fit glass with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with customers to ensure installations meet their expectations.
- Handle materials safely, using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and a safe job site.
- Represent Glass Doctor with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with flat glass installation (residential or commercial preferred).
- Comfort using glass-cutting tools, measuring equipment, and installation hardware.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy glass safely.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude — willing to learn, grow, and help others succeed.
