Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, customer-focused Commercial Glazing Support Representative to join our Lexington team. In this role, your trade/construction industry experience, will enable you to coordinate with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure commercial projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll be the voice of our commercial division—building relationships, solving problems—tracking and communicating project information from quote to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and technicians to coordinate jobs and schedules.
- Prepare quotes for commercial and residential glass, shower doors, equipment glass, and door repairs.
- Manage billing, accounts receivable, lien waivers, and job documentation.
- Order and track glass, materials, and supplies; match purchase orders and invoices.
- Support the Director, Commercial Division with scheduling and project administration.
- Organize and dispatch daily schedules for glaziers and track project progress.
- Maintain records, handle payments, and ensure accurate invoices.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and follow-up.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred).
- Experience in Trade industry - glass, construction, plumbing, electrical
- 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
