Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, located in Princeton, NJ. The role involves managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, processing payroll taxes, and ensuring accurate journal entries are recorded. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will oversee all bookkeeping and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing financial reports to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (medical practice experience preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with payroll processing (Paychex preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small office setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent computer proficiency
