Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of handling full-cycle bookkeeping with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and accruals
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage payroll, payroll tax filings, and year-end reporting
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
- Assist with 401(k) administration and employee benefits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate degree required
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
