Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Orientation: Conduct informative and engaging weekly orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Promote and enforce company HR policies and procedures to ensure a harmonious and compliant workplace.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Associates' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Human Resource support role, Customer Services or higher level Administrative Assistant role in a high volume, highly confidential work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
