Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and filling equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain compliance with GMP/FDA regulations at all times.
- Ensure products meet quality and consistency standards throughout the production process.
- Work in a gowned production environment, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Document production activities accurately, including batch records, logs, and equipment checks.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Comfortable working in a gowned production setting with strict hygiene and safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
