Responsibilities
- Support business licensing, corporate registrations, annual reports, and governance documentation
- Track and monitor compliance deadlines to ensure timely filings
- Prepare, proofread, and format professional legal correspondence and documentation
- Review and update customer-facing documents to ensure alignment with approved language and industry standards
- Identify gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies in documentation
- Improve and maintain organized record-keeping systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to legal leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, legal, or government-regulated industries) is a plus
