We are a seeking a reliable and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Salary of $40,000 annually
- Mon - Fri morning shift
- Hobe Sound, FL
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate with project managers and field staff
- Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or office administrator
- Required: QuickBooks experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
