We are a seeking a reliable and organized Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


  • Salary of $40,000 annually
  • Mon - Fri morning shift
  • Hobe Sound, FL


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records
  • Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Assist with payroll and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate with project managers and field staff
  • Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or office administrator
  • Required: QuickBooks experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
