We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support quality assurance and documentation processes within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for reviewing and maintaining batch records, managing quality documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, issue, and maintain batch records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure documentation follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure proper organization and version control of quality records.
- Assist with tracking and documenting deviations, investigations, and corrective actions (CAPAs).
- Support the creation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Prepare and maintain customer and regulatory documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), product specifications, and related records.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, document control, or manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP, CAPAs, deviations, SOPs, and quality systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
