What you will do
- Build the plan: Create routine service calendars, overhaul timelines, and statutory inspection schedules.
- Coordinate execution: Align labor, materials, and contractors; manage work to cost, time, and quality targets; track progress against plant priorities.
- Drive insights: Analyze completed work and maintenance KPIs; identify out‑of‑cycle events; keep equipment histories current; recommend planning improvements.
- Ensure compliance: Uphold maintenance policies, procedures, and regulations; organize records and correspondence; present clear, visual reports to stakeholders.
- Support the floor: Assist with troubleshooting, urgent repairs, and preventive tasks; manage multi‑use components (motors, pumps, etc.) with accurate tagging and traceability; execute assigned project tasks following established procedures.
- Partner and communicate: Resolve complex internal customer inquiries about maintenance processes; support internal communication systems; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance reliability.
- Champion HSE & best practices: Follow HSE protocols, identify risks, escalate unsafe conditions, and stay current with industry standards and technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years working with maintenance procedures or systems
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of routine maintenance, asset management, and technical processes
- Confident verbal communication
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and equipment utilization
- Ability to interpret/apply policies and procedures
- Report creation with clear, graphical storytelling
- Problem‑solving across technical/operational issues
