- Plan with purpose: Build and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, overhauls, and required inspections; assign resources and monitor execution to match plant goals.
- Improve with evidence: Assess maintenance returns and metrics; capture out‑of‑cycle activities; maintain precise equipment histories; translate data into better planning decisions.
- Document and comply: Enforce maintenance procedures and regulatory expectations; curate files, correspondence, and key records; deliver concise visual reports for stakeholders.
- Be there when it counts: Support troubleshooting and emergency repairs; assist preventive tasks; track multi‑use components (motors, pumps, etc.) with accurate tagging and histories; contribute to projects by executing assigned tasks per established procedures.
- Connect the dots: Resolve complex internal customer questions about maintenance policies/processes; keep internal communication channels current; collaborate cross‑functionally to raise asset reliability.
- Lead with safety: Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols; identify risks and escalate unsafe conditions; stay abreast of industry standards and technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience: 5 years working with maintenance procedures or systems
- Technical foundation: Strong understanding of routine maintenance, asset management, and related technical processes
- Persuasive, professional verbal communication
- Planning and organizational acumen; effective equipment utilization
- Policy and procedure interpretation and application
- Ability to produce clear, actionable reports and visuals
- Problem‑solving across technical and operational contexts
