About The Role
We are seeking a motivated summer Intern focused on Continuous Improvement pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field to support our Continuous Improvement (CI) team. The intern will assist with process mapping, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma–based improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
- Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with Kaizen events, workshops, and CI initiatives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and project updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on small-scale improvements.
- Research and recommend best practices and innovative solutions.
- Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Prior coursework or exposure to improvement projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Exposure to real-world business challenges and improvement initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with diverse functional teams.
- Professional development in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project execution.
