- Define and deploy the Quality, EHS, and Risk strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Act as the final decision authority on all quality and risk-related matters.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Excellence System requirements.
- Lead quality targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and product safety programs.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and energy regulations, driving a strong safety culture across the plant.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage operational and enterprise risks.
- Lead audits, corrective and preventive actions, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Analyze and interpret quality, EHS, and operational data to drive decision-making.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop Quality and EHS teams (including Quality Engineers and EHS Specialists).
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory authorities.
- Manage department budgets and report variances to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive or highly regulated industries.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Quality Excellence Systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in Quality, EHS, and Risk Management.
- Experience leading audits, managing compliance, and driving systemic corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and provide technical guidance to others.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build organizations, processes, and systems from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelors degree (E ngineering, or related fields)
