Food Server

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and thank guests for their patronage
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Food handling Duties include but not limited to :

~ Building bowls *doordash, uber eats*

~ Preparing, cooking, and plating appetizers for takeout and dine in

~ Taking customer orders, reading their orders, and executing to perfection

~ SELL THE SIDES

Customer service involves:

~ Greeting customers promptly

~ Communicating respectfully with team mates

~ Ensuring guest satisfaction by listening and meeting their requests

~ Cleaning tables and food service areas

~ Drink refills

Additional expectations:

~ Finish side work as directed by shift leaders

~ Keep work stations clean and sanitary

~ Restock and cleaning restrooms throughout the shift

The skills servers are expected to have :

~ Speak respectfully with your team members

~ Communicate efficiently with the public

~ Handle food in a sanitary fashion

~ Show good judgement when theres a difficult situation

~ Carefully handle money without any error

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guest needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support our busy service hours

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
