You will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) execution across three Midwestern commercial sites, ensuring understanding of corporate standards and regulatory requirements. You will focus on reducing risk, strengthening a safety culture, and partnering with site leadership to embed EHS into daily operations. Success requires regulatoryexpertise, leadership influence, and the ability to translate EHS standards into clear, applicable practices at the site level.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and deploy site-level EHS vision aligned with global and local regulatory requirements
Partner with site leadership to embed EHS accountability across all operational levels
Lead safety culture programs and employee safety committees
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations
Manage hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control processes
Oversee emergency preparedness and response planning
Be the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external partners
Operations & Performance Management
Deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors
Track, analyze, and report KPIs, audit findings, incidents, and near-miss data.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective actions to closure
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs
Ensureaccurateregulatory reporting
Professional Profile Includes
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, EHS, or related field
5-10 years of EHS experience, preferably in laboratory or commercial environments
Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
Proficiencyin hazard identification, risk assessment, auditing, and root cause analysis
5 years of experience with health and safety management systems and emergency management
Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $105,000-$130,000k. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. The role includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
