Responsibilities
- Prep and paint apartments as needed
- General custodial work (cleaning the vacant apartments and grounds)
- Maintain compliance with all site safety standards and regulations
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in painting and custodial work
- Familiar with brush, roller, and airless spray painting
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Consent to drug and background screening
