Demolition Labor

Gillmann Services is recruiting for dependable and hardworking Demolition Laborers to assist with demolition and construction projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physically demanding work, following safety procedures, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior demolition of structures and building materials.
• Remove drywall, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and other materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Load, carry, sort, and dispose of demolition debris.
• Assist skilled tradesmen and equipment operators as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous demolition or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift materials.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime and extended shifts when required.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
