Gillmann Services, Inc. is now hiring a Concrete Foreman to lead commercial concrete crews in and around Cincinatti, OH!
*Must have 5 years commercial concrete experience
Concrete Foreman Responsibilities:
- Daily onsite working with the crew
- Responsible for organizing and confirming of all materials, tools, and equipment needed are prepared before the job starts
- Manage individual scopes of work on jobsites- Must understand the scope of work and communicate with the Field Supervisor on any questions
- Making sure all material is ready for your team to start the scope of work
- Responsible for keeping a clean worksite (pick up your trash)
- Keeping to the schedule and budget
- Keep all tools and equipment in a clean and working manner
- Check weekly time against the budget and report any discrepancies to the operations manager
Concrete Forman Qualifications:
- minimum 5 years of commercial concrete construction experience
- Can read prints
- Can communicate thoroughly verbally and using technology (email etc)
- Operates a computer
- Has experience managing a crew or others
- Must have concrete forming experience, EFCO experience preferred
- Must have leadership experience
