Job Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Administrator are to support the operations of our Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative, financial, and coordination tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services across restaurants, bars, catering, and events. This role acts as the backbone of the F&B division, enabling managers and service teams to focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director and departmental leadership.
- Prepare, process, and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.
- Track departmental budgets, prepare financial reports, and monitor cost controls.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain and update departmental files, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support event planning by handling logistics, menus, and guest requirements.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to F&B services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Must be able to deal with high volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerful
- Observes all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guests
- Crosstrain in other departments
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintains monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standards
Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of POS and inventory systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and have the ability to obtain and retain a Level III KRGC Gaming License.
- Make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
- Display professionalism; excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
