Service Manager (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical)

The Big Task

As the Service Manager, you will oversee and quality-control all service technicians’ work across Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical divisions. You will ensure all jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and closed out properly using our software (ServiceTitan). This role is critical to maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure technician jobs meet company quality standards
• Review, audit, and close out all service jobs accurately in ServiceTitan
• Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to company processes and best practices
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to service technicians
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
• Communicate clearly and decisively with technicians, customers, and leadership
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Utilize modern technology and software tools to improve service efficiency and accountability

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with our software ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Strong comfort level with modern technology and software platforms
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present information clearly and confidently
• Familiarity with customer service standards, ethics, and service processes
• Proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
