Busy residential real estate law firm looking for an experienced paralegal.
The firm seeks an individual who is motivated, professional, organized and who works well with others in a busy, faced paced environment. The position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail and polished communication skills.
Job will include all aspects of a residential closing from opening the file, ordering title exams, plot plan, MLC and processing the file and drafting title commitments and preparing the file for closing as well as post-closing the files.
Candidates should be proficient in conveyancing software (E-closing preferred).
