What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and place candidates in skilled trades, engineering, and professional positions
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled talent
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on local labor market trends and recruiting best practices

- You have recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, or technical staffing
- You enjoy building relationships and helping people find career opportunities
- You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- You communicate professionally and confidently with candidates and clients
- You are proactive and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency recruiting
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, technical, or professional positions preferred
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employment laws and EEO guidelines is a plus
