What You'll Do
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Fill manufacturing, warehouse, and office positions
- Manage employee attendance and performance issues
- Build relationships with employees and clients
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Help people find jobs and help businesses find talent
