We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Co-manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff in areas such as running the cash register, stocking shelves and customer service.
- Collaborate with management to create an engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hardware is preferred.
- Experience in training development to enhance team performance is a plus.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, retail and building is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
