Roy’s General Store is a Traverse City staple—and we’re looking for friendly, dependable Retail Clerks who like staying busy, talking to people, and being part of a small, close-knit team.
Pay & Benefits (Right Up Front)

• Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 30–40 per week (full-time; some part-time options possible)
• Paid weekly
• 401(k) with employer match (up to 4%)

Schedule & Shifts

• Morning: 5:30am – 2:30pm
• Evening: 2:30pm – 11:45p

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and ring up their purchases
• Run the register and handle cash, cards, and EBT correctly
• Stock shelves, fill coolers, and keep displays looking good
• Keep the store clean, including floors, shelves, restrooms, and pump area
• Help with propane, lottery, and light food prep
• Notice when items are low or out and restock them
