Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives and supervise design professionals under the Trade Design Manager (or Senior Engineer)
- Manage surveys, calculations, selections, and layouts across project phases
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide construction administration support, including shop drawing review and field observations
- Train and develop team members
What We're Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design
- Demonstrated design leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in surveys, calculations, and design coordination
- Experience supporting construction administration activities
- PE license a plus
