GigBench is sourcing an Architect with public K-12 school project experience to lead division work and projects in the California market. This is an immediate part-time engagement (5-10 hrs/week).

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design for public K-12 school projects across California
- Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with district and DSA requirements
- Manage day-to-day project execution and team coordination
- Support business development and division growth in the K-12 market
- Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and clients throughout project lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated work on public K-12 projects
- Familiarity with California DSA review and approval processes
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Willingness to commit 5-10 hrs/week with potential to transition to a full-time role
