The Digital Advertising Specialist will be part of the Digital Marketing Team at AORUS North America and will be responsible for driving measurable growth through performance-focused paid media campaigns. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, revenue impact, and continuous optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Reddit Ads platforms.
Job functions include full-funnel campaign strategy, conversion optimization, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and in-depth performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficient cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
This position provides opportunities to work with various tech products, such as PC components, peripherals, monitors, and laptops, and plays a key role in directly impacting revenue and customer acquisition. The Digital Advertising Specialist will collaborate closely with creative, eCommerce, and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with broader business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and YouTube Ads, with a focus on conversions and ROI
- Own campaign structure and strategy across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion), optimizing toward KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Conduct advanced audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment, to improve search visibility, brand awareness, and overall business performance.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bid strategies, and spend pacing to maximize efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting through structured A/B testing and experimentation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored for performance marketing objectives.
- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel integrations across platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
- Build and deliver detailed performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to track progress against KPIs and business goals.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media management.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including funnel strategy, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- High level of proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets and optimizing for efficiency at scale.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a Digital Marketing Team structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including direct-response copywriting.
- Experience in the PC hardware, gaming, or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with a range of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and programmatic media buying tools.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are highly preferred and demonstrate advanced platform expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, including pivot tables, lookups, and performance modeling.
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-native reporting tools
