Since 1998, Kingston Brass has been one of the fastest-growing plumbing fixture manufacturers in the United States. Based in Chino, California, our products are carried by some of the largest retailers in the world including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

In addition to our national retail presence, we operate a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce business where we market and sell thousands of kitchen and bathroom products across a wide range of design styles.

Our marketing team is focused on building a high-performance ecommerce growth engine, combining paid media, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing to scale our DTC business.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Kingston’s paid acquisition strategy and help scale our ecommerce marketing performance.

This role is ideal for someone who lives in ad platforms, understands how to scale campaigns profitably, and enjoys optimizing performance across large product catalogs.

Our goal is to grow our paid acquisition engine to 100 active campaigns while maintaining an average 4x ROAS across product categories.

You will work directly with the marketing team to expand Kingston’s paid media presence while supporting broader ecommerce growth initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, this role will help:

  • Scale paid advertising across Google and Meta platforms * Manage and optimize 100 product category campaigns * Maintain 4x ROAS performance benchmarks * Build scalable campaign structures for Kingston’s large product catalog * Identify new growth opportunities across paid channels

What You’ll DoPaid Media Management

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Ecommerce Campaign Strategy

Build scalable campaign structures to support Kingston’s long-tail product catalog across 100 product groups.

Performance Optimization

Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

Data & Analytics

Use GA4, SEMrush, and ad platform analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

Ecommerce Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.

Marketing Support

Support other digital initiatives such as email marketing, SEO projects, and marketing asset development when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience * Strong experience with Google Ads (non-negotiable) * Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns * Strong understanding of GA4 analytics and campaign attribution * Experience with Shopify ecommerce environments * Familiarity with keyword research tools like SEMrush * Strong analytical mindset and performance optimization experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing physical consumer products * Familiarity with home improvement or kitchen/bath categories * Understanding of MAP pricing and retail distribution dynamics * Basic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe tools * Experience managing large product catalogs

Experience

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick is essential.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance and user behavior insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, SEO tools, affiliate marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with media planning, budgeting processes, media buying tactics, and the use of SEM tools for effective campaign execution.
  • Experience working within e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.
