IT Systems Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support for Epicor ERP

• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports

• Collaborate with teams to align ERP solutions with business needs

• Ensure data integrity, access control, and system performance

• Drive process improvement and automation within the ERP environment

• Support full software lifecycle: implementation, testing, maintenance, and training

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• 3 years working with Epicor ERP; 5 years in IT systems analysis

• Proficiency in BAQ, BPM, SSRS, DMT, and SQL

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic, Power BI, and enterprise system integrations

• Knowledge of ITIL or change management best practices
