- Set up new employees and maintain employee records within ADP.
- Review, verify, and maintain employee timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with payroll preparation and auditing activities prior to payroll processing.
- Monitor employee timecards and attendance records daily.
- Investigate and correct missing punches, missed clock-ins/clock-outs, and timekeeping errors.
- Communicate with supervisors and employees to obtain accurate timekeeping information.
- Ensure proper application of shift differentials, overtime, and premium pay where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of timecard corrections
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll and timekeeping questions.
- Assist employees with ADP access, password resets, and self-service functions.
- Provide guidance on payroll policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee payroll information.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Distribute payroll checks and payroll-related documents on designated paydays.
- File, scan, and maintain payroll and personnel records.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
- Support HR and Payroll teams with administrative projects and special assignments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of payroll, timekeeping, administrative, or HR support experience preferred.
- Experience using ADP or similar payroll systems preferred.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment
