Job Title Store Operations Associate (Full-Time) About This Role: What You’ll Be Doing: • Responsible for balancing the cash registers; • Preparing bank deposits and entering information for daily cash report; • Training associates on SKU / pricing related issues, printing signs and labels and operating the RF unit; • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of perpetual inventory and product pricing.; • Prepare and participate in cycle counts; • Following the best practices when receiving and processing merchandise; • Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed; • Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed. What You’ll Bring: • Effective analytical and organizational skills; • Strong attention to detail; • Previous experience in a retail environment. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (customers, vendors, other third party); • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment; When You’ll Work: A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly. Reach above shoulder height and below waist level. Operate equipment, including using a ladder.
