Job description:

We are seeking a highly experienced , motivated, Sales Representative to join our team at The UPS Store. This is a key customer-facing role where you will drive sales of shipping, printing, packaging, and business services while delivering exceptional customer experiences and mainitain a safe and welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales (retail, B2B, or service-based preferred):
• Minimum 2 years of successful retail or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow revenue
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellence
• High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Notary Public License Preferred or will need to obtain one within 3 month of hiringResponsibilities:
• Operate POS and CMS systems and other store equipment with proficiency
• Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
• Skillfully operate al store equipment and software, and assist in training others

Skills

• Previous Retail Sales Experience Required
• Notary Public License Preferred or will need to obtain one within 3 month of hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with a passion for gadgets and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Fast learner with a commitment to understanding all aspects of the business quickly
