This is a full-time on-site position for a ServiceNow Administrator, located in Martinsburg, WV. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including configuring, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting modules. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, improve workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with incident management, change management, and problem-solving within the ServiceNow platform
- Abilities in platform customization, workflow automation, and integration with external systems
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, for customizing the ServiceNow platform is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred
