Our company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform for a federal client. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide software coding and configuration services including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, scripting, integrations, and custom application development.
- Create and maintain service catalog items and workflows to support organizational needs.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership visibility.
- Deliver training and support for end-users and administrators to improve platform adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation for ServiceNow environments.
- Advise on the impact of proposed changes to the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
- Provide ServiceNow administration, sustainment, and subject matter expertise to support organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Certification
