A globally connected organization is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to lead all people operations for its North American office. This is a high-impact, standalone role supporting ~60 employees, ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership across HR, recruiting, and employee experience while partnering with an international parent company.
\n- Serve as the sole HR lead, managing all day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
- Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational needs
- Collaborate regularly with the global HR team in Europe to ensure alignment with company policies
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices
- Support performance management, employee relations, and culture-building efforts
- True ownership of the HR function with visibility to leadership
