Accounts Payable SpecialistA rapidly growing leader in commercial and industrial facility solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their expanding Accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative and engaged team.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, processing approximately 1,500 invoices per monthReview invoices for accurate GL coding, product/service verification, sales tax, and credit memosPerform PO matching and ensure proper documentation for weekly check runsPrioritize vendor payments based on terms and maintain timely, accurate processingMonitor AP inbox for incoming invoices and process monthly employee expense reportsDetermine appropriate GL accounts using the Chart of AccountsReconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with AP Team Leads and internal departments as neededQualifications:3 years of full-cycle AP experience, including high-volume environmentsStrong PO matching experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical ability and problem-solving mindsetProactive, engaged, and committed to continuous improvementSomeone with a growth mindset who thrives within a collaborative teamCompany DescriptionGHJ Search and Staffing (formerly Creative Financial Staffing - CFS Los Angeles) is the recruiting arm of GHJ, a national accounting and advisory firm.
