Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing, packaging and filling of various inventory types including but not limited to finished flower, vape cartridges and live resin/rosin. While adhering to all compliance rules and maintaining good manufacturing practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Supports and supervises all day-to-day activities on the production floor.
• Ability to strongly follow production schedule as directed by Production Manager and Plant
Manager.
• Maintaining accurate, record keeping and updated inventory.
• Maintains a daily log of production records as well as an updated database.
• Preparing and maintaining production records to always be audit ready.
• Coordinates and prepares stickers for production labels following compliance protocols as
defined by the DCC.
• Managing pack & fill supplies
• Adhering to production planning and meeting production goals consistently.
• Keeps records of maintenance and cleaning performed on all machinery used within the
department.
• Ability to navigate and utilize our internal ERP system to push production orders, receive
inventory components, and execute transfer orders as needed.
• Maintain any common areas organized, clean, and pristine to optimize production
efficiency.
• Comply with GMP, GDP and safety guidelines, in accordance with company and
government agency policies.
• Communicate with Supervisor about any improvements made to any SOP’s and strictly
adhere to these practices.
• Performs work in quality fashion.
• Assist Production Leads with equipment oversight, material preparation, and other
assigned duties as production requires.
• Receive all material coming from the stock room, complete paperwork, and assist
troubleshooting and operating equipment when required.
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Assist with quality assurance processes to mitigate issues down the production pipeline.
• Coordinates and prepares stickers for production labels following compliance protocols as
defined by the DCC.
• Assure compliance with all requirements and regulations in the cannabis space.
• Scheduling labs for sampling WIP product.
• Keeps records of maintenance and cleaning performed on all machinery used within
department.
• Maintain a thorough line of communication with Supervisor and other departments to
make sure product flows through the facility without any delays.
• Responsible for overseeing data entries and maintaining KPI’s for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
• High school or GED
• Requires 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Cannabis related equipment.
Required:
• Must be 21 years old.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment.
• This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week.
• Flexible availability for work hours.
• Willingness to work weekends.
