Expected Annual Earnings: $100,000 - $200,000

Base Salary Uncapped Commission Performance Bonuses

GH Group is a growing residential renovation, home improvement, handyman, and electrical services company serving homeowners throughout Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT.

Since 2008, we have built our business through reputation, referrals, communication, and consistently delivering quality work. Our projects range from small repairs and home improvements to kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, additions, and large-scale residential renovations.

We are growing aggressively and looking for the right person to help drive that growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business.

This is not a desk job.

This is not a position where leads simply appear in your inbox.

We need someone who enjoys being in the field, attending networking events, developing referral relationships, meeting prospective clients, and actively generating new opportunities.

You will become one of the primary faces of our company and play a major role in our continued expansion.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, and prospecting
  • Build relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, property managers, architects, interior designers, builders, and other referral partners
  • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, industry functions, trade associations, BNI groups, and community events
  • Meet prospective clients and discuss renovation, remodeling, repair, and home improvement projects
  • Conduct project consultations and gather information needed for proposals
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and referral partners
  • Follow up consistently and professionally on opportunities
  • Help move prospects through the sales process from first conversation to signed contract
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Represent GH Group professionally both in person and online
What Makes This Role Different

We already have a strong backend team.

You are not expected to create detailed construction estimates from scratch.

You are not expected to manage construction projects.

You are not expected to spend your days sitting behind a computer building proposals.

Our team assists with estimating, proposal development, project planning, administration, and operations.

Your job is to build relationships, generate opportunities, open doors, create trust, and help convert those opportunities into revenue.

Construction experience is helpful, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person who can build relationships, generate opportunities, and close business.

CompensationExpected Annual Earnings: $100,000 - $200,000
