The hotel security agents primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the hotel property. This involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Regularly inspects hotel premises, including hallways, parking areas, and common areas, to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Observes surveillance cameras and alarm systems, looking for suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
- Regulates entry and exit points.
- Responds to alarms.
- Documents all incidents, observations, and security measures in daily logs and reports.
- Provides information and assistance to guests, ensuring a positive and safe experience.
- Checks security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems, reporting any malfunctions or issues.
Job requirements:
