Core Functions of the Verizon Account Representative

• Connect with customers to review their account needs and introduce Verizon solutions through in-person sales conversations.
• Guide customers through account options, helping them choose Verizon plans that match their everyday usage and lifestyle.
• Support ongoing account relationships by answering questions and identifying additional Verizon sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account records, preferences, and sales activity to ensure consistent follow-up and service.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to represent Verizon and build strong local sales connections.
• Explain Verizon benefits in simple terms, helping customers in both their account decisions and sales choices.

Experience Needed for the Verizon Account Representative

• Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
• Direct Verizon Account Representative experience is highly desirable.
• Spots account gaps instantly and turns them into clean, confident sales wins.
• Tracks account activity with enough detail to make future sales effortless.
• Reads customer needs fast and recommends Verizon upgrades that make sense.
• Handles objections with a smile and the patience of someone who’s heard it all.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,550.00 per week
