Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to deliver personalized and seamless service experiences
- Promote and sell telecommunications products while clearly communicating value and benefits
- Educate customers on available products and services to support confident decision-making
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first attitude
- Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Experience Representatives and team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer retention
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills
- Accurately track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a high level of service
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Experience Representative:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Prior customer service, sales, or management experience is a plus
