We are currently hiring a Verizon Account Specialist to support revenue growth through strategic account management and consultative sales. As a Verizon Account Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—understanding their needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The Verizon Account Specialist plays a critical role in identifying new customer opportunities, maintaining client loyalty, and driving overall account performance. Success in this Verizon Account Specialist role comes from strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to position Verizon’s products and services as valuable customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Account Specialist:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
  • Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to generate new customer and maintain retention
  • Present and demonstrate Verizon products and services clearly and professionally
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and account management
  • Work cross-functionally to support onboarding and ongoing client success
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates

Qualifications for the Verizon Account Specialist:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required for success
  • Confident presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and performance-driven
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
