As we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for a driven Channel Sales Manager who loves opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals that create new sales opportunities.
This is not a people-management role. This is a revenue-generating sales role focused on creating and growing national distribution channels.
Primary Goal
Create new membership sales through strategic distribution partnerships including:
- Employee Benefits Programs
- Corporate Resellers
- Bulk Sales
- Medical Offices, Credit Unions, Realtors, etc
- Community Organizations
- Tourism & Travel Partners
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new channel partners nationwide.
- Build relationships with HR departments, employee benefit providers, corporations, chambers of commerce, tourism organizations and visitors centers.
- Generate new revenue through bulk sales and reseller partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities that increase membership sales.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Present partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements.
- Manage partner relationships to maximize activation and sales performance.
- Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and revenue growth.

Preferred Experience
- 3 years of sales, business development, channel sales, partnership sales, or account executive experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling B2B products, services, employee benefits, sponsorships, advertising, memberships, or partnerships.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales.
- Experience with employee benefits, tourism, chambers of commerce, corporate partnerships, or community organizations is a plus.
