We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage and Quicken.
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Support public accounting functions by providing necessary documentation during audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and assist with budgeting processes.
- Stay updated on technical accounting standards and financial concepts to ensure compliance.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks, is highly desirable.
