Position Purpose: The Patriot Café Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of the Patriot Café retail location within the Health & Wellness Center. This is a 10-month hourly position with school year hours of 2:30pm-5:30pm (15 hours/week).

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Patriot Café with retail hours of 2:30-5:30pm during the school year
- Maintain standards of quality and affordability through agreed-upon pricing models to achieve the overall goal of revenue generation for the Academy
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when selling items to all members of the community
- Liaise with auxiliary programs office to fulfill product orders to ensure quality and variety of offerings
- Flexibility in schedule
- Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Retail experience preferred with focus on Point-of-Sale software
- Professional demeanor
- Proactive attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
