Key Responsibilities
- A substitute will assist and implement the daily activities of the group under the guidance and direction of the Group Supervisor, or an assistant group supervisor.
- He or she is responsible for the health, safety and care of the children enrolled in the child care center, which includes but is not limited to feeding meals and snacks, potty training, changing diapers and any other bathroom needs, washing hands and faces to ensure the cleanliness of the children.
- He or she will help coordinate the activities.
A Substitute must possess the minimum of:
- A high school diploma or a GED certificate
- Two years of experience with children
