- Lead and inspire a pre-owned sales team to consistently hit high-volume and high-gross targets
- Drive deals and desking directly with clients to maximize profit per unit
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to become top producers
- Develop and execute strategies to move inventory quickly while maintaining premium guest experiences
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies
- Analyze performance metrics daily to identify opportunities and implement aggressive growth plans
