Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and the plan of care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that improve function, mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, insurance, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee license (or license eligible)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for serving older adults and individuals with neurological conditions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Experience is a plus but not required in:
- Geriatrics
- Parkinson's Disease
- Stroke Rehabilitation
- Balance and Fall Prevention
